Tankless water heater went out, called several other places first and they didn t show up. Called Griffin Services, they sent out the most courteous Home Solutions Technician I ve seen in a long time, Joe Schiraldi. Not only was he a complete Gentleman, his professionalism and knowledge of his craft is what we needed to see. I won t ever take a hot shower for granted again, but thanks to Joe @ Griffin Services, he cleared that nightmare up in no time. I would recommend them for any service. We found one that didn t make a mess, he was adamant about Cleanliness too. Winning Personality as well. My 88 yr old Mother thought the world of him, nowadays you can t trust everybody, but when you do, stick with them!!!!
