This is the most badly run company I have ever dealt with(or the lack there of). On 9/16 I completed an online application. Along with the application fee it requires paying a $300 deposit. No way past it, must pay to complete app. I reached out the prop mngr Louis before making payment as I had not seen the unit. He assured me that if I was not approved or if the unit did not fit my needs I would be refunded. Ok sounds fair. I submitted and was approved within 10 minutes. I went that afternoon to meet with Louis to view the unit. Can I just say the most disgusting dated thing I had ever seen. I immediately declined to go forward and was told by Louis the $300 would be refunded by check in the mail. The corporate office was down south so no more than a few days. Also I m 90% sure something bit me when I sat in the office waiting to be helped. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I have not been able to contact this company again. I ve left daily msg for 2 weeks at Meadows at Towncenter just asking for an update. I ve left daily msgs at the corporate office for Scott for the last week. Horrible property and horrible customer service to not acknowledge any of the dozen voicemails I left.
