So after enrolling, we needed to know what doctor ...

So after enrolling, we needed to know what doctor to go to. Well we called their customer service and we were transferred to different people multiple times, at the end they said we will call you back, but never called back.

I now have some questions about my coverage, so I called them because I could find the answer in their website. I was transferred a lot of times again some time they even hang up on me and I had to call back, as soon as I mentioned coverage they were "oh hold on", next thing I know I was being transferred, at the end they took my info because they will cal me back with the answer in the afternoon ( I was calling at 10 am), and never got a call back.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!

I posted the complain and questions on their Facebook page and my comments were deleted and they disabled commenting and posting on their page. Lets see if they delete this one,
