Very bad, dishonest company. I would not recommend using them if they were the last property manament company in town. They do not respond when contacted, pass off work to one another without the proper information needed to complete the job with any level of basic competency. Very disheartening when you are putting them in charge of millions of dollars in assets. They will lie to your face when you confront them and pass the buck to somebody else.
