Matt Lazar is largely unresponsive to my emails & my neighbors emails. If he does respond, it's usually in terse sentences with a comment on how he's waiting on a bid. I assume he is waiting on a bid from someone in a remote region of the world who has to hand deliver this bid after walking thousands of miles and hopping aboard a cargo ship moving slowly across a large body of water.

It is completely unprofessional and rude. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to constantly be put off and pushed aside. If I did not answer my client's emails I wouldn't have a job. Maybe I should work for Heritage Property, it seems like you don't actually have to do any work while you're punching the clock.
