We had lunch last Sunday, outstanding dining experience! Colbeh is a restaurant with traditional and authentic Persian cuisine, with an intimate, familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The wait for the dishes after the order was a bit long but it was worth it, an indication of an elaborate and fresh preparation! We suggest Barg and ChaMaygu, this was a delicious dish, generous portion of grilled shrimp with saffron-scented basmati rice garnish and a joy of color for the eyes. Barg is a dish recommended for meat lovers, plenty of soft lamb fillet, with grilled chicken skewer and all garnished with saffron rice. A pleasure to share with images!
