Since this management company encompasses many complexes within their control, addressing dysfunction concerning only one would not be fair. It is up to them to sort out their own problems across their empire. The reasoning for this documentation is to alert anyone who may have the slightest once of decency within their own soul to actually responsibly.

The first question is, where is the management? Recently the complex I am in has been managed using the turnstile method. How can anyone expect the policies/rules of their lease to be enforced, when management doesn t even seem to know what they are, let alone enforce them? The general rule seems to be around here is that your problem with neighbors, (non-compliance with quiet hours, as per lease policies, etc.), isn t their problem. Even when it concerns one of their own! It has also come to question, what are we as residents supposed to clean our own landings? There have been dust-balls the size of softballs on the landing for months. We get notices stuck through our doors, (i.e. pool rules, etc.) do those leaving the notices not have eyes?

So why should they care, since it is not their problem? The adage seems to be, if you don t like it here you can move they ll just rent the apartment again. In that respect, they re right. My time is almost up. Parting will be so such joy. They can ignore the next occupant just as well. I just pity the next one. Yet is it not, just a reflection of the overall management of this nation a total lack of respect and concern?

Oh and wouldn t you know it! A vehicle was parked in the disability spot right in front of the office while they were open. Happen to notice the driver left the apartment they live in, go out to the vehicle and retrieve a gym bag. Left it parked there with many other empty places. What does that tell you?
