Worst Hotel in Vegas!!! We could not believe our eyes!
They are doing NOTHING to maintain any class to this place! The decor is circa 1970.
From the moment you walk in the casino

Where do I begin?
We paid extra to up-grade from a deluxe room with two queen beds, to a one bed-room suite (with two queen beds).
They put us on the sixth floor at the very end of the hallway that had a horrific URINE smell!
Imagine to our surprise when we arrived to a filthy room that hadn't been updated since the 1970's.... Terribly kept! Carpet disgusting; old, dirty and stained!
Both toilets did NOT work!
The water pressure in the shower What pressure!
Only ONE king-sized bed!
The furniture was so old and disgusting; we had to put towels down before we would sit on it!
Our mountain view was a view of parking lots!
Now, for the nightmare: The jacuzzi tub was located in the bedroom. Imagine to our surprise that it flooded the carpet (from the bottom)!
We complained. We were told that they could move us to another room; but, we would have to wait TWO days for the guest to check-out. We requested a view of the strip .
In the interim, an industrial fan was placed in our bedroom to dry the carpet! (Obviously, we could NOT use the jacuzzi or sleep much due to the LOUD fan noise!)
We were told that we would not have to pay the up-grade fee for those first three days. We felt some-what relieved; but, VERY disappointed and INCONVENIENCED!
Finally, a room on the nineteenth floor became available.
Day three: We opened the door, and to our surprise, was the same outdated, hideous room that hadn't been updated since the 1970's.... Terribly kept! Carpet disgusting; old, dirty and stained!
The promised strip view NO!
The curtains in the living room were off-track, and the curtains in the bedroom were difficult to open and close. (They needed to be greased.)
The light over the vanity was out.
We complained again. A maintenance man was sent up to our suite to fix the blinds and replace the burnt-out light bulb. Any compensation for this ADDITIONAL INCONVENIENCE? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Management didn't care!

This hotel is far, far away from pretty much everything! For the amount we paid for Uber rides, we could have just stayed on the strip, for a lot less!

Let me not leave this tidbit out; the staff was RUDE and VERY un-helpful!

We have NEVER had such a NEGATIVE experience at a hotel! We would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Don't waste your money!
