This company does not stand by their products what...

This company does not stand by their products whatsoever, their customer service is abysmal and woe to anyone who decides to work with them or buy any equipment from them

PLEASE BE WARNED:

This company will sell you product that is damaged, try to blame you for breaking it and then refuse to address the issue

My experience: we bought an MRI compatible headphone set from them which included the cabling, amplifier, and headphones

The first amp was damaged and they sent a replacement, after we sent it back, they claimed we opened the amp and it came back scratched and damaged

The second amp they sent failed as well and they sent us a 3rd amp. For the 3rd amp we asked them to come install it as they claimed it was our fault for not installing it correctly. They wanted $1600 just for sending an engineer to come diagnose the problem and fixing it (I 100% believe their amp or faulty cables are to blame)

We finally agreed to pay 50% and if it is their fault they will refund us, if its our their fault we pay the full $1600. The day of service comes (which they confirmed) and the engineer is nowhere to be found and they don t answer the phone.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! Shady shady company who doesn t care about their customers or products
