Food was great. I would have given Fiola Mare 4 stars but the service was sub-par. We had a party of six. Our waitress (very thin young Caucasian woman with a ponytail) rolled her eyes every time we asked her for something. Of course we had questions about the menu. Once we ordered our food we didn't bother her much but then we asked for bread. We got a eye roll as if we were getting on her nerves. Almost every encounter with our waitress resulted in eye roll. One of the ladies in our party sent her food back because the Arctic Char was under cooked. Our server didnt seem to like that. Another lady in our party asked another server (our server was not present at this time) to box up her food to go, our server rushed over to the other server and snatched the food from her then came back to our table to see if her Arctic Char was under cooked. She was told no I just wanted to take my food home. Our server then gave the food back to the other server and walked away. After our meal we asked for the dessert menu and was met with more eye rolling. I must say for this to be a fine dining establishment I was not pleased at all with service we received from our server whom we were obviously getting on her nerves. Here is a tip....if you don't want to deal with the public or certain types of the public - don't get a job working in public service. Someone needs to take a hospitality course.
