pros: LOCATION, COMFORT of rooms, Friendliness of Hotel Representatives, connecting Starbucks, and appeal of the Hotel!

cons: Elevator was questionable at times but it is a well kept up older building!

Had I taken the time to research my last time visiting DC, I would have stayed here opposed to the Westin a few blocks over.
