FYI-
-lines are long, make sure to get your tickets online ahead of time.
-get there early, line starts forming really early in the morning.
-check in before the ferry is just like at the airport, if you want to move quickly just don't take anything you might not need.
-go to the website for tickets to the crown, depending on the time it may be smart to reserve your tickets ahead of your visit. I went this December and there was no tickets until January.
