Pam is possibly the worst staff member you employ....

Pam is possibly the worst staff member you employ. Slow drawing voice, unpleasant, doesn't want to help in the slightest. Your other staff members are nice in comparison and try hard. Pam is severely incompetent and doesn't understand a basic question. Other than that the communication for if you have over paid is slow but if you have underpaid is ridiculously fast. Council tax rates are high like everywhere and you don't see where your money is going with lack of police, waste on the streets and council funded centres closing. And getting any form of support is difficult (if you're not on benefits).
