We had a very good mood stay at this resort my personal opinion was that the spa was too expensive. But the hot tub is warm and the waterfall is great the bungalow were comfortable but we had one bed and a couch our other room had one bed a couch and a table Every bungalow had a sliding door to go outside which was nice. The only complaint I have is that housekeeping left my sliding door open after they clean my second day there so I didn t feel like my room was secure after that. So I didn t have house keeping but once and just ordered things we needed from the front desk they deliver it to your room so it was not to inconvenient just order early in the AM or late at night before bed (towels toilet paper etc.) unless you feel safe which I did they did there best to make it right and sent security immediately when we found our door was open. So I know they care. Ps bring your own pillow follow me on
