Worst service ever. Lasted 4 hours at this hotel....

Worst service ever. Lasted 4 hours at this hotel. Marriott Platinum. Requested a quiet room. Check in no complimentary gift given or outlet coupons as were told. Were told upgraded 3 times. Upgrade was to an adjoining room with a shared balcony in the middle of the hall overlooking the walkway and the Ritz parking garage. Had to make 3 call and wait over 100 minutes for 2 pillows. Maintenance decided to work in the room next door 5 Marriott people talking outside my door. Open the door to see what is going on and the door breaks. We now have to move to another room even closer to the Ritz garage. Again we have to call housekeeping as the room linens are not complete. At this point we decide we are better off driving 80 miles home in the snowy dark than stay at this upgraded/quiet room. Never again.
