Made an appointment in August for an estimate. Appointment was cancelled the day they were supposed to visit for the review and estimate due to an "emergency." Set up a second appointment in September. The tech is a no show, no call. They end up calling my wife the following day to explain they had "car trouble." What a way to do business.
