So after two months I was hoping to not have to write this review but at this point I am so frustrated. I came in Nally Ford dealership back in February to get my car serviced. For the record I want to say their service department is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. But the sales department are not one in the same unfortunately. While waiting on my vehicle I decided to check the cars they had available since I was thinking of trading up for a SUV. After speaking to my sales rep, Pete, which I still think is really nice guy I found a car that I really liked. The only thing I requested when talking with him is that they only use the one creditor I wanted to go with since I already had a car with that one. I also stated that if that creditor said no that i would just wait and come back. But a few hours go by and I realize that they did not do what was asked. They asked my fiance could he co sign and maybe that would help and I he agreed to it but the request was still the same. That one creditor is the only one I want to be ran under. We could not come to a solution at the end of it and I told them appreciated the effort but i cant make the deal they wanted. At this point we had been there about 7 hours and there was another gentleman whose name I can not remember, that started asking us why we wouldnt take the deal. Now this particular person was very aggravating. He continuously talked in circles, made us both feel incredibly uncomfortable, and it just really felt like harrassment after we already said no. I left not feeling really good to get home and realized they shot gunned my credit all over the place. I had 9 unauthorized inquiries on my credit reports. I called the dealership and demaded to speak to the head of finances. I could not get him on the phone and eventually went up there to see him in person. I talked to him a bit and he reassured me that I only had to call and explain to the creditors what happened and they would call him and the situation would be handled. But not a single one of the creditors said it worked that way and that it is a blantant lie. So I am stuck having to go file a police report for fraud and calling the BBB in order to fix something that should have not have happened at all. I hate this because as much as I enjoy using the the service department I do not want to give Nalley Ford any more of my business. So please be aware of their finance department because they are so desperate for a deal they will go against any requests you have just to make a sale. And harrass you the entire time when you say no.
