I bought and have had my car serviced here and have had nothing but great service but today was different. I scheduled an appt for 1030am for a new tire. I arrived at 1015 and told the guy in service that I hit a pothole last night and and that I knew exactly where the leak in the tire was coming from. He informed me that they would look and see if it could be patched but it would probably have to be replaced which I pretty much already knew. An hour and a half later, I still had heard nothing from anyone. I went out to service to ask what was going on and that was when I was informed that the wrong size tire was delivered and that someone went to exchange it for the right size. Why was I not informed as to what was going on and why it was taking so long to change a tire? 2 hours in and I was still waiting!! Extremely irritated with this situation and lack of communication. My time is just as valuable as theirs. 2 hours and 20 minutes in I went back out to service to find out what was going on and they finally had my car done yet no one had come to get me to let me know.
