Utterly appalling. Their service was terrible from start to finish. They were incredibly slow, didn't reply to emails and then told me 2 days before we exchanged that they needed several documents otherwise they couldn't exchange, incredibly stressful for me.
Also when they had to transfer funds to me after completion, it took over 5 weeks for them to send out a cheque. It was clear that if I hadn't kept chasing this up, they would have kept this money.
I would never recommend this firm to anyone.
