When I arrived I loved the look of the hotel and the fact that there was so much to do within walking distance. However, when I checked in I was given a room with mold. Moved and downsized only to be charged full price. Then realized on the way to a memorial that we left shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub and Medicine on dresser. When I called no one could get into housekeeping locked area to check for it. Called next day and amazingly the housekeeping staff said they hadn't cleaned the room and nothing was left in it. The last working the desk at check-in was wonderful and quick to get us moved, but she was the only bright spot of our stay.
