We had one of the worst experiences with service since owning my truck. From Al being rude to my wife over the phone asking for insight into what an alternator fix would entail to claiming to me over the phone that it was just one of those days...I had been told multiple times that I would receive updates on my service at certain times with no calls back. I planned my days in anticipation of those call back and they didn t happen. I tried to get ahold of my service rep and could not get ahold of them up to 30 separate calls in a day with no call backs or answer, I am completely done with Bowditch Ford and will be switching to another Ford dealer with hopefully better success. The rep who took over tried her best to fill in but I think she was over her head, which I think led to the bad service. I had previously had success with Bowditch in the past but not this time.
