Kim Kissiah has authorized fining me for $25/day for not having pine straw/mulch. This property management group fines and harasses homeowners for just having property. There is not a month that goes by where I do not get 2 or 3 letters from Access Management Group. I live in Carriage Oaks Division in Marietta GA. I believe this group to be unprofessional, uncaring and insensitive. Had I known of the harassment I would have received by the Access Management Group, I would not have bought property in this community because every time I get a letter from the property manager of Access Management Group, my blood pressure spikes. These frequent letters cause a great deal of stress!
