Purchased our first home from this builder and we are so happy that we did. Everything went smooth despite the pandemic going on and since its our first home, we got a lot of inquiries and didn't know much about everything but it wasn't a problem at all, we are well guided by Geoff and Christine, its impressive how professional, knowledgable and helpful they were, they replied to our text and emails as soon as they could and answered all our questions without bad attitude.

Sterling Homes is just amazing, we would definitely recommend you to our friends, family and anyone who would want to buy a house. Please extend our gratitude to Geoff, Christine and the whole team. Thanks again and Keep up the Great work, You guys are awesome we have no regrets
