We stayed here about four times before this is our fifth time coming back to this island. We decided to stay at the Hilton club village! Greatest decision ever best of both world. Like Sarah R commented on few days ago the ambiance is not the same. The boat service that we used to take many years back did not operates all the time like when we were here many years ago. And everything is expensive in the resort paying 9.75 for a large latte that look like a small at Starbucks I thought that was outrageous price!!! I guess we pay for convenient! Everything is very expensive. It s not for everyone! Customer service is not as good as it used to be either..they re good but not best. Everything seem to go down and the price keep going up! I would have give it 5 Stars it need to improve on quality and better service. Hiring people who love serving job and Invest some money training them on the important of service.
