I purchase a bike a few months back and have experienced nothing but professional service ever since.

Matt was down to earth when he sold me the bike. The price and quality of what i bought was just as just a competitive as anything for sale online - with the added benefit of being at a local bike store.

But it is the after sales service that has been pleasantly surprising. They know me by name - and I joke around with the guys in the store telling them that i am their most regular customer!

Every time I ring or email asking for help they are ALWAYS ready, willing and able to assist. They service my bike within short notice [so far i have always had it returned within the day] and every time i get it back it feels brand new again.

Thank you BikeForce docklands - I will be a loyal customer for many many years to come.
