If I could give them no stars at all, I would. My experience was a nightmare. It was bad enough that I was visiting Ohio when my transmission failed. I was told by the dealer that we bought the car from that our warranty covered it and to take it to a licensed Kia dealer since it would have cost the earth to take it back to Virginia via freight. So where do I begin? I was NEVER offered a loaner vehicle and I had to depend on strangers to help me get what I needed for my toddler during the 3 long weeks they had my car. They seemed to have issues locating the transmission anywhere but California. Strange. Well, when they finally fixed my car, the temporary license plates were missing. They said that my car never came in with them on. I had taken pictures of my car when I dropped it off showing otherwise. Thankfully the dealership I bought the car from is actually way more competent and faxed me copies of the temps that I supposedly *didn't have*. If you can go anywhere else to get your car serviced, please do it. I am highly concerned that this location does not fairly represent Kia as a company that cares when it comes to the service department. Since my next stop is West Point, GA, I know exactly who I will be talking to about it.
