I only deal with Cabela's when I've exhausted ever...

I only deal with Cabela's when I've exhausted every other possiblity. A few weeks ago that was the case when I decided to have a gun transferred from one their Texas stores to my local store in Lacey WA. Literally impossible to get anyone to answer the phone in Lacey. Many times I've had to drive there just to see for myself. The last time I spoke with the store manager about it she was defensive and standoffish instead of taking responsibility for her employees. Everytime there's an excuse: people quit, understaffed, it's busy, etc...It' actually unbelievable that this company stays afloat. 2 Stars and 50 reviews! Wow.
