It's the service AFTER the sale that makes all the difference. My wife Jessica Brown and I got a Toyota Corolla from there and while I will admit they tried multiple lenders to get me in a car that I can barely afford, it's been a horrific experience since. My car got a wash and vacuum instead of a DETAILING, and that was noted by the service individual that I spoke to when I brought my car in with a problem with the key being stuck. I have asked repeatedly about a price for a keyless entry remote for a car that I thought should have had one to begin with, and was promised a call from a manager regarding such, that I didn't get, but I digress. My tags were also lost after I had them taken off my old car. They sat on a desk, for almost a month, and because they had not been processed at DMV they have been lost. I just feel they worked REALLY hard to get someone who had, honestly, only fair credit, into a car, and then once they made the sale, their job was done and they didn't have to do anything else. Very, VERY dissapointed. I will NEVER buy a car from them again, and will NOT recommend them to anyone else regardless of the 500 dollar referral bonus.
