We called this dealership and told exactly what we needed. They gave us the price and told that they are the only dealer in Canada who has the vehicle, we need, in stock. We drove 45 minutes to the dealership. Upon our arrival they make us do test drive. We were happy that they are giving us the right price and they have the vehicle in stocks. But after 1 hour of talk and test drive they made us wait 30 more min in the office to tell that they don't have any stock. Only car they have is the demo that meets our requirements. Price they quoted on that car was way way higher what they quoted on the phone. When we question the sales person why would they do this to us? Person felt bad and called the manger to give us gift to compensate. It is not that we were looking for any gift. Few minutes later the manger came empty handed and started offering cars which were not in stock and were more expensive. We had told them we will come only if they have the vehicle in stock. We wasted almost whole day just because they did not tell us the truth.
