BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE...EVER!

Thank you to all the employees of Powersports of Greenville for making the purchase of my new motorcycle so enjoyable. I traveled 3.5 hours to buy my new bike and boy was I impressed. From the moment I walked in, there was a smile from each member of the team and a welcoming attitude. Kevin, with finance, was expecting me and had everything waiting when I arrived. Signatures were all that was needed from me. Frank, in the service department, was awesome! I explained that I had a long ride home and I was concerned that it was going to be too cold without my heated jacket (don't judge me) and he installed the pigtail that I brought with me, right there on the spot! He showed me how the security system worked and made sure that I was comfortable with all aspects of my new bike. He also answered various newbie questions I had with no complaint. Kudos to Jayson, too. He is a super nice guy and made sure that my experience there was top notch. The whole place, under his guidance, ran like a well-oiled machine.

I had the pleasure of crossing paths with several other employees (that shall remain nameless, only because I can t remember names, not that they aren t memorable) and each and every one was helpful, pleasant, and seemed to really know and enjoy their job.

Thanks guys! My trip from NC to SC to make this purchase was totally worth the drive. Give these guys a shot, whether you are local or not, you won t regret it.
