The staff are great from top to bottom. Schedulers, nurses, doctors, specialists, and everyone else I have interacted with. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and the rarest of qualities in many medical professionals; attentive.
The facility itself is also in decent shape - which I cannot say for other hospitals in DC.
