I had been a patient of Carolinas home medical equipment in Matthews North Carolina for several years. Then over the past year unverifiable charges I am being billed for. I am sure they will respond to this factual review citing some baloney to cover their rear end because they are a fraudulent company. Aetna was very surprised to find out they were quoting over $700 extra above agreed-upon pricing for the latest ResMed Bipap. But it doesn t stop there Carolinas Home Medical Equipment could not locate miscellaneous parts for a CPAP that was loaned to me while the unit they sold me was broken needing repair. A loaner here. Now I am being billed $177.47 for these parts that are basically disposable this is another way they generate revenue fraudulently.

Stay away from Carolina Home Medical Equipment they do not care about your wellbeing or any thing To do about your healthcare. They are looking for additional avenue to bill insurance or to charge their patients legitimate charges or not. Does not matter I even did not wanna argue or debate a bill and went ahead and paid it this being the third incident over the past year stay away I told you so.
