I have given them a couple chances and now I m done with Gregg Young!! I bought my current truck from them and they pressure you to get all these services added onto your loan amount making my loan almost $100 more. I feel they try to nickel and dime you but a thousand times! Got their service add on for 2 free oil changes that goes with their extended warranty program and you can t even schedule an oil change appointment. Their lube lane is ridiculous! Two hours for an oil change?! Then because of COVID they don t do a shuttle service! So over them! Go to a different dealer!
