One of my students was having a problem logging in this morning; I needed to get help from the company, so I called. The person who answered was more helpful than anyone I have even encountered in such a situation. I am often embarrassingly rude in such encounters, but his customer service was so outstanding that I changed my mode of interaction, possibly forever. Thanks!
