I was there at Alvin Toyota on 10/18/19 .i was there after a long conversation with the person named Melissa and agreed on the prize and sent me the on the road prize with tax and tag . Once I reached there a sales person names Mat ( the worst sales man I have seen in my life) come by and started talking about all the additional things and prizes which all these I can get through my insurance.. anyway the total cost increased to 10k more. Since I was not agreeing with that he told me to get out from there. I have to raise my voice to get someone with good customer service mentality. The person called Cory come by and we discussed it and finally agreed on everything so the finance person come by explained everything ( here onwards I felt something is wrong) and was in a hurry asking. Me to sign all the papers. I requested to see the Truck before I sign the paperwork and she started walking here and there and masking something. Finally she said sorry we do t have that truck anymore we can give you another one which had 8000 miles on it already. Since I m not stupid like them I ended up leaving without buying. A bunch of idiots with no commensense working there. Never ever recommend this place for anyone. Please go somewhere else and get your deals. At least deal with someone have manners and common sense.
