I spend thousand with express toll, we have three cars and it is not cheap.
I bought a new car, for the four months before I got my plates my bill was paid with the discount for having an account. When my plates finally arrived and I put them on my car, it went to a new account with no discount. I called and they would not give me the discounted rate because plates were not updated. They would not work with me. Super frustrating and terrible customer service. It has nothing to do with not paying my bill we pay almost $1000 each month for all of our company cars as well.
