I cannot recommend the EST10 team enough! Their team is truly AMAZING! I've had the pleasure to deal with Jess Dunn, Rachel Nevin and Jess Pehl during my job search and they are all passionate, honest, patient and supportive. After my first meeting with Jessica Dunn, I could see they were different from other recruitment agencies- Jess D took the time to understand my experiences and listened to what kind of roles I was seeking, the type of company I wanted to work for (etc.) and she provided advice and an overall brief around the various industries they recruit for and what they were each like. Jess guided me on understanding where my expectation for salary for each industry could sit which I found very useful. It definitely helped me pick a pathway. Throughout my job search I spoke with eight different recruitment companies and by far EST10 was one of the best, particularly with regard to follow up and staying in touch. They ensured I did not feel forgotten and worked hard to find me the right role.
