Coworker told me about this company when I was searching for a new monitoring company. Other companies kept trying to push me to buying new equipment & pay almost double in monitoring monthly fees. Smith Thompson installed just what I needed without trying to upsell and they were able to use my pre-wired home sensors. Wish I had known about them sooner!
