Be prepared to die on the spot...it is the worst insurance I have ever seen in my entire life. I have been with it for 3 months now and I still do not even have an insurance card. I still do not even have been taken care of by a good physician and I still am waiting for someone to answer the damn phone when you call!!! They should just go out of business. It's a mockery and a complete disrespect to working American citizen!!! Aaagghh!!!!
