CASIE! She provided me with probably the best customer service I ve ever had, ever! She was helpful, friendly, polite and quickly responsive. I must say I was shocked! I don t get good customer service. Usually I get someone reading from a script and not putting any effort beyond their requirement to assist me. CASIE went above and beyond. I wanted to get an overdue refund for a returned map and purchase another. She made it happen without the usual red tape. She researched the transaction and set up a PayPal account for me to purchase the second map using the refund money and putting the remainder on PayPal without me having to do hardly anything. WOW! Thank you so much!
