Management is too friendly & Co-operative , love it be part of the Company . Enjoying my days with Fun @ work.

Middle finger to all the positive comment, there is nothing in this company to praise anything it's not at all worth working here waste people they don't even know abt people management is.. they will keep employee salary on hold unnecessary and I'm one of poor person among them they kept my salary on hold without any valid reason and justification they cooked their own story and kept on hold.. an employee should work 9hrs but they made me to work 14 hrs there is no good managerial skill.... My request is to everyone not to join this company don't waste ur experience here and valuable time.....

Hard and Smart work will always pay off. G7CR exhibits all the new joiners to showcase there talent, one who really has the passion to work shall always stick anywhere, one who doesn't have the passion towards work will never work even if he is highly paid or provided with all the facilities. The place where we can learn lot of innovative skills and shall gain lot of knowledge.

This company does not require even 1 star because first of all there is no response from the management properly and no payout on time and delayed for days and payout is not given as promise my team from swiggy batch has suffered alot from them, The HR's donot given proper response at all, they try to give all sort of reason to dedact money from the salary or payout. Mainly there is no proper response, and if mistake is done from management people but the employee has to do more work and then there is no payout guys who ever is going to trust this company and join ur going be very disappointed by there behaviour so pls donot join this company ... Be aware of them they try to manipulate alot..

It is the worst company please don't join this company.

I work in KVS Yelahanka from past 3 years as science teacher which is my primary job but G7CR CEO Jagan sir along with Senior manager Dinesh sir are very close to my heart who has given me a place in their company from last 5 years seeing my contribution to the company and believing on me..I work for manipal process as a senior education counsellor and although being a teacher the company and above mentioned people will remain close to my life forever.....i really enjoy working here and the biggest proof is that after working 14 to 15 hours a day including both job i rarely feel tired and all because of such a nice CEO and my motivator Jagan sir and Manager Dinesh sir.....last but not the least Bibin sir HR who recruited me some 5 years back along with Rashmi Maam.

This proves that the company really admires their employee and give them multiple chances to grow their careers and it depends on us how we take it in positive manner..

Once again thank you G7CR as it was my first job here and till i live in bangalore i will keep serving the company with honesty and loyality

Good environment n atmosphere for freshers can learn alot

For freshers to earn some money it's ok but for whole career it's not good...

Recently I met couple of employees of this company and based on the discussion happened with them, I can say that it is a good platform for learning, Good working environment with supportive seniors.

Overall Culture of G7 is dynamic, continually striving to make life easier for both internal and external customers alike. Like most organisations genuine "career development" opportunities are scarce across the board, but definitely on the radar. Excellent staff training and advancement in the corporate ladder. Promotes high level of adherence to Customer values. Customer service is top priority. Meeting the Customer's expectations from its staff, that is to offer high level of customer service.
There are still a lot of good people that work here special Mr Jagan.

Hi guys i attended interview Ones i had bad experience no one cannot respond properly, i had 4 year experience with other company but this company see only Tamil Process first they post for interview only for tamil not mentioned unprofessional management don't attended interviews time waste if intrested can check ones waste time to spend is worst company its my suggestion for other side walk in this company is in Karnataka but preferred to only tamil so mini tamilnad

Bed experience....for Engineer they ask medical questions....

because the management knows very well how to snatched the employee salary and all the systems aren't working,headset issue, very bad management i had worked in my life. There is no good systems,they will not give the proper salary,they will not give to the proper reason but every day took the new employees
