I wish the dealership had a car wash while the factory service was done. All my service prior was done at Cowboy Toyota with a complementary car wash. Toyota of Irving took longer than expected to finish service and made me wait without any updates. Moreover, the car was parked in the sun after service and I had to literally go searching for it. I am not going back there next time and prefer Toyota Cowboy any day!!!
