Went to Cleveland for business and after a long day i just wanted a nice place to rest, we decided for the Renaissance Hotel since my experience with Marriott has always been fantastic but this was not the case, Room was dirty and overpriced, got charges on my credit card for Parking and I didn't even Park in the premises. Staff was rude and unpleasant overall a really bad Experience.
