I have ALWAYS experienced complete satisfaction at the service department at Poe Toyota. Everybody on the staff is very polite and more than willing to assist. The service manager Daniel Stumpf is one of the best managers I have ever dealt with. What really stands out is that he makes sure he is available to follow up and he makes sure the customer leaves satisfied. The express maintenance department is also very efficient. Edgar Mendoza is very knowledgeable and also makes sure that I leave satisfied. I have become a repeat customer and will always buy the Toyota product.
