I created an order online on April 6 and the transaction cleared my bank on April 7. I went to check my order for delivery and it showed as cancelled. They are not responding to my emails and since their customer service staff is working from home due to COVID-19, no one is answering their customer service phone. They just have a message stating to send them an email through their site or to custserv@burpee.com
No answers to any of my emails so I've turned it over to an escalated claim through PayPal.
I know it's a tough time, but they are still TAKING orders through their website, so they should also be REFUNDING orders they can't fulfill.
