Ordered my Spa in May, got it delivered in August....

Ordered my Spa in May, got it delivered in August. Sides are smashed in, I contacted LPI, they said as long as Acrylic is ok accept it and we'll fix it. It's been over a month now since i spoke with their "customer service" and haven't heard a peep about it. Also, the Spa is very poorly designed, and still can't one of the seated areas to work, knobs are low quality and don't turn easily, need to dry hands and use both of them to turn it. I wish I would've bought somewhere else, every time I talk to the sales rep his response is how I got a great deal buying from them. This "great deal" is pretty lousy! I guess you get what you pay for! Just stay away from these people!
