I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Hotel was in a great location in downtown DC. The service however, was not up to par. The elevators did not seem to work with key cards at times. My room was located right across the roomkeeping closet. Noise was a common occurrence because of this. Our shower did not have enough pressure due to a valve problem with the tub. Repeated requests were made to fix this problem which recurred. I doubt I would stay at another Crowne Plaza in the future.
