Customer service could use some revamping, but BEING a collection's rep is stressful, so it's no wonder they go on "auto pilot", which can SEEM unprofessional, when really it's just unemotional. General customer service should be to educate customers on a the "human level", and not repeat legal jargon (or share specific claims on public threads). But, again, I'm not rating on being fluffy. I WILL say I'm bummed at the limited payment options. At least have some form of virtual payment online option, even if it is check or transfer. Other than that, it is what it is.
