The guys and service are terrific and I have confidence in recommendations they make for my 2009 car, which by the way is still running great.
The only problem I just had is with a Miscellaneous charge, which they were very patient to explain to me, however, Ford should review their computer program and come up with a better way to include this in your bill. I understand there is a cap with this fee and it is a break down of sorts, which doesn't show up on the work done, but as a customer show me exactly where my costs are!!!!!
