I had 3 different property managers during my time at a property managed by Rancho. They failed to do a point by point inspection with me at move in (huge mistake on my part). Repairs to the heating remained unaddressed throughout my time in this unit. When my property manager would change I often felt lost in the shuffle, with my emails and calls often going unanswered. My final property manager who is "handling" my departure is like the Terminator of property managers, and he's charging me an extra half months rent just because he legally can... I mean the place is being torn down in january... I'd suggest finding another company to have run your property. Wouldn't recommend. Like, at all.
